Information you give us

When you request an estimate, submit a form, or call us, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, project address, and details of the work you're asking about. We use it to prepare your estimate and carry out the work. We do not sell it.

Information collected automatically

If you accept cookies, our analytics tools record standard technical information about your visit: pages viewed, approximate city-level location derived from your IP address, the site or search that referred you, your device and browser, and how long you stayed. It is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

If you decline, those tools are never loaded — no analytics cookies are set and no data about your visit is sent anywhere.

Cookies and analytics

We use two categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. Always active; these cannot be switched off.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which show us which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. These load only if you accept.

Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks — to show where pages confuse people. It does not capture what you type into form fields. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.

• Choose Accept or Decline when the cookie banner appears. Declining leaves the site fully functional, including estimate requests.
• Change your mind at any time — reopen your cookie choices.
• Clear cookies and site data in your browser to reset the choice.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the site and respond to you — our website host, our email provider, and the analytics tools named above — and only as far as needed to do that work. Where a job requires it, we may share project details with subcontractors or suppliers working on your property. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of its sale or sharing. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but you may still ask us what we hold.

Estimate requests and correspondence are kept as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business and warranty records. Analytics data is retained on Google's and Microsoft's standard schedules in aggregated form.

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other organizations and suppliers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
